Awesome!!! Outstanding service, but I'll get to that in a bit. The Honeywell millivolt valve in our Superior fireplace went out shortly after purchasing our house. We called out the local company that replaced the remote as part of our house inspection follow-up work and they indicated that the millivolt valve was now bad and no longer available, but they could sell us new gas log setup.
I sent an email inquiry about my problem and received a full parts list to switch to the STI valve. It took a few emails back and forth to get it all figured out and Doug even sent a picture of a mock up assembly he put together on his workbench. I will definitely reach out to them for any parts / support in the future.
