FREE SHIPPING: Standard shipping is to a commercial or business address with unloading capabilities or to a freight terminal near you where you can pick up the product at your convenience. This generally applies to Fireplaces, Stoves and Gas Grills. See below for residential delivery cost.
Minimum order for free shipping is $250. Does not include Curb side delivery for Fireplaces, Stoves or Gas Grills.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY: If you wish to have a fireplace, stove or gas grill delivered to your residence (CURB SIDE), this can be arranged however there is an additional charge of $160. You must be available to unload the product when it arrives, the truck drivers will not unload or take into your home. Select CURB SIDE DELIVERY at checkout.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING: While it is rare that we experience freight damage it can happen. As long as you inspect the product before you sign for it, you will not be responsible for any damage. If you find damage in your inspection, you will refuse the delivery and it will come back to us. We will reship the product that is damaged. However if you do sign for damaged product we will not be able to help you with a freight claim.

We accept PayPal, MC, Discover and Visa. We attempt to keep our prices the lowest of any on the net. If you find another site with a lower delivered price on the exact same hearth system that we show as a stock item - and the competitor has the system instock, send us a link to that site. If verified lower than our delivered price on the complete system and they have in stock, we will beat their price by 5%. If the competitor does not have the system in stock and their price is lower on a system we have in stock, we will match their price. Does not apply to products already shipped.
