Price, Shipping And Ordering Information

If you are located in IA, WI, MN, NE or IL, please contact your local dealer. Prices you find at your local dealer may differ from ours due to freight, service and other overhead costs. Our prices are not intended to accurately reflect what you pay locally.

Free shipping is offered on most orders exceeding $250 and is available in the CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES ONLY.  There are exceptions to the free shipping policy, please see below for details. 

Free Shipping Policy:  minimum order for free shipping is $250, however any product requiring special packaging such as refractory panels are exempt from free shipping. If customer requires a lift gate for any pallet orders, the lift gate charge is additional and is not covered under the free shipping policy.  Pallet orders would include products such as, but not limited to stoves, fireplaces, and inserts.  Please call us if further clarification is needed.  

Free Freight/ Curb Side Delivery:  free curbside delivery for a pallet order indicates the driver will deliver the product to your curbside but will not take it off the truck.  The driver is not responsible for assistance with unloading, unpacking, or set-up of product.  It will be the customers responsibility to unload product and bring the item inside. If customer needs assistance with unloading product from truck to the curb, lift gate service is available for $90.  Please select Freight/Curbside with Lift Gate at check out.  Lift gate service only assists with lowering the product from truck bed to end of driveway.  The driver is not responsible for taking the product into home, unpacking or setting up of product.  If a request is made by the customer to the driver for placement in any other areas other than curbside, this will be an additional cost to the customer.  Missed delivery appointments, address changes or any other special requirments may also result in additional expenses to the customer.  

If shipping your freight order to a residential address is not conducive, we will gladly ship to a local freight terminal where product can be picked up at customers convenience, or a business address with unloading capabilites.  Please call us directly to work out these details. 

Damaged Pallet Items:  for residential or commerical pallet deliveries, the driver will call approximately 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment during normal business hours.  A signature will be required on all pallet orders.  Pallet shipments MUST be inspected carefully while the driver is present. It is the customers responsibility to note any damages or shortages on the bill of lading before signing off on delivery. Please report any damage or missing product immediately to New Energy Distributing. If the bill of lading is signed clear by customer indicated no damage or missing product, any attempts to file a claim after that point will be denied. Therefore it is critical that product is thoroughly inspected by the customer at the time of delivery. 

If there is significant damage to a freight shipment, please note "damaged - refused" on the bill of lading and refuse the delivery. Please contact us for reshipment. 

Damaged Small Parcel Items:  if your small parcel delivery arrives damaged, a claim must be made within 3 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt.  If product is damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping company. In most cases, the purchase price and the original shipping costs (if charged) will be refunded to the original purchaser or we will send a replacement (whatever the customer decides).

Canadian Shipments:  shipping charges to Canada do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, including all applicable duties and taxes, are the responsiblity of the customer.

We accept PayPal, MC, Discover and Visa. We attempt to keep our prices the lowest of any on the net. If you find another site with a lower delivered price on the exact same item(s) we have listed - and the competitor has the item(s) instock, send us a link to that site. If verified lower than our delivered price on the item(s) and they have in stock, we will beat their price by 5%. If the competitor does not have the item(s) in stock and their price is lower on item(s) we have in stock, we will match their price. Does not apply to products already shipped.
