You may need to disconnect your stove’s vent pipe for adequate cleaning according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. 1. Measure the inside dimension of your vent pipe and select a brush with the same dimension. 2. Shut down stove and disconnect power cord. 3. Cover the work area with a protective covering. 4. To expose the vent pipe outlet, it might be necessary to remove a combustion blower cover. Insert the brush into the vent pipe and work the brush back and forth several times. 5. Check for debris in elbows or T connections. Reassemble any disconnected parts. Sweep or vacuum up all residues. Clean the brush after use.
