Fire up the grill, but don't rush cooking process
Barbecues have long had a reputation of being the most informal, low-maintenance and least expensive methods of entertaining. Just toss some burgers and wieners on the grill, set up a few picnic tables and you're ready to go. Well, that might work for family cookouts, but a true barbecue is not a casual, slapdash affair.
